Hilton Garden Inn Tijuana Airport

The location in the middle of the city.

Appreciated this hotel, had 1 good day here. The room on the top level. Variety of supplies in the room : climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television. The location was magnificent in the Otay area and the staff here was attentive and efficient. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

I liked brand-new and huge room in this hotel.

Comfortable beds, a safe box, multi-channel television and a writing desk in the room.

The location is great for exploring nearby shops.

The bed was excessively firm and uncomfortable. I was disappointed to find that the hotel falsely advertised complimentary breakfast, which actually cost more than expected. The quality of the food was subpar and not worth the price.

The spacious general areas and warm decor were good. The thoughtful accessibility features for seniors made navigating the hotel very easy and enjoyable.

More comfortable seating options in common areas would help.

The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping. The room needed some repairs, though, and felt a bit outdated. Happy hour specials were worth it.

I loved the room service and the helpful tours assistance! The cleaning staff was super friendly and did a great job.

Felt welcomed, no complaints at all.

Disappointing Experience with Room Quality

The check-in took longer than expected, and the room didn't meet my needs, especially the poor sound insulation. If you're planning to stay, check the room readiness in advance. The onsite restaurant offered decent food, yet the breakfast mix-up dampened the experience.

Room for Improvement

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for travelers like us to catch early flights.

Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. It was dirty and the air smelled damp.

Family with children expect more

We spent one night there and the room we got was clean and spacious. There was a decent living area that gave us space to relax as a family.

Not the cheapest option out there tho, for what we got.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms.

The hotel is near the airport, perfect for our family with two little ones. We enjoyed exploring local shops and dining spots. The room was spacious, great when you're juggling kids.

My kids wished they had a pool to play in. It would be great if the hotel added a children's play area to keep the little ones entertained.

It was just a great fit for a weekend trip in Tijuana with very good value for money. The pool area was nice and relaxing after a long day. Pick a room on the first floor for easy access.

Comfortable room, clean room, with a great location just walking distance from restaurants and easy access to the airport. I appreciated the helpful staff who assisted me with my gym inquiry and ensured the equipment was ready for use.
